Inquiries and consultation requests
When you submit a form, SOFTHAL stores your contact details, project information, privacy consent timestamp, and a keyed spam-prevention identifier. Authorized staff can review your inquiry and contact you about it.
Retention and access
The default retention period is 365 days. Deleted inquiries are queued for removal after 30 days. The administrator can configure the retention period. Contact SOFTHAL using the published phone number to discuss access, correction, or deletion requests.
Cookies and analytics
Essential session cookies protect forms and admin access. Optional analytics tags run only after your consent if the administrator configures them. You can withdraw analytics consent using the privacy controls in your browser or the website consent controls.
External services
SMTP providers may process notifications, and a configured CAPTCHA provider may process spam-protection checks. Embedded media is loaded only when included in published content.
